Venue information
Built between 1857 and 1860 on the sight of a building known as Hoad Cottage. With beautiful gardens, Emmetts was open farmland until 1860 when the present house was built. One of the highest points in Kent, it offers expansive views towards the North Downs.

What to bring
Please bring your own low-backed seating or rugs. Picnics are welcome, however naked flames are not permitted. Sun hats, sun cream, sunglasses, raincoats and rain hats should all be considered.

Wheelchair access
This venue is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Parking is very accessible at this venue.

Our performances continue in all but the very worst weather! On very rare occasions, it will not be possible for us to complete the performance, but we will never cancel a performance before the advertised start time.

Should the performance start and then be called off by the weather, no refund can be issued however if the weather is so bad that the performance cannot even begin, a full refund will be issued.
